I do independent work in housecleaning. Charge by the job. $200 max. Move-in/out special $100 for whole house (walls, carpet, counters, cabinets, windows, etc.) $50 for yard clean up, $75 for front and back (mow lawn, trim plants, rake up leaves/grass clippings, & water yard) **Will supply own cleaning products except for vacuum if carpet needs stain removal. You must supply the lawn mower as we don't have use of a truck to transport it.
