Summary of Skills
Having been employed as a customer service representative I have gained skills in customer relations, being friendly, attentive, and mindful of other's perspectives in order to best meet the client's needs. In working in field services I have learned that being a team player and being mindful of my coworkers is paramount to getting the job done quickly and efficiently. While working independently, whether doing payroll, book keeping, or clerical the concept of keeping pace and meeting the deadline is always present and understood. Most business and corporations have at least one system that's specialized in helping them do their business effectively. Having experience with multiple operating systems, and experience trouble-shooting computer hardware for “PC House Call” I can adjust to new systems very quickly.
