| Description: | Paul is a senior trainer and works with clients of all health conditions from post-rehab to chronic disease, to the average client who wants to stay fit. He also trains sports specific i.e. Marathon, Soccer, Golf, Boxing etc.
Paul started his personal training 4 years ago while enlisted in the US Air Force, training military troops as a security & resource protection specialist, in such areas as personnel security and special tactics. Not to mention providing one-on-one training while of duty to friends and other service members.
At the end of his military service, Paul took the plunge to be a full-time trainer for commercial companies such as Bally’s, Equinox and Crunch etc, as well as developing a loyal private client base.
Paul specializes in Nutrition, Strength Conditioning, and Power/Agility Training among other areas: such as, Core Training, Flexibility, Kickboxing, and Russian Kettle bells.
He is continuing his education in Business Management and Marketing and is an aspiring writer revisiting topics such as the spiritual, Mental and physical aspects of an individual training program.
