I have a program to fit every life style and every level of fitness. Share your goals, needs, life style and weaknesses by filling out the attached questionnaire. I will then be able to design an individual program of exercise and proper nutrition. I will also recommend all-natural supplements, if needed. This will give you all the tools necessary to achieve your goal.
Please fill out the attached questionnaire and e-mail to Ken at KMCBodyTech@aol.com. Knowing the type of equipment you will be using and what you want to accomplish, I will then design an individual program for you.
Your Program will include:
Exercise Routines: Each routine will be for a specific body areas and will also include the amount of Sets & Reps necessary to accomplish your goals
Weight Chart: A chart to follow your progress
Proper Nutrition: Natural Diet of the Healthy Foods that will show you how to get the proper fats, carbohydrates and protein that your body needs
Supplements: I will recommend the proper All-Natural Supplements that you may need for losing weight, toning up and/or increasing muscle size. I will be able to supply some of these items. If not, I will let you know the best place to purchase these items.
Once you have purchase a training program, you will receive an ID number. This ID number will allow you to change your program two more times within one year’s time from the purchase date. The benefit to you will be 3 programs for the low price of one which will help you to make improvements by changing your training routine.
Once I have received your questionnaire and payment, it will take 7 business days for me to design your individual program. You will receive it by way of email in the form of an attachment.
