Consulting Fees: 30 Minute Free Consultation In our office - Per hour / 3 hour minimum $60.00
In your office - Per hour / 4 hour minimum plus $100.00
expenses and travel time Monthly Payment for ongoing Weekly 1 Hour Coaching/Consulting sessions $320.00
Project management ranges from $2000 to $2500
Retainer Fee includes 25 hours consulting
Business Plans (depending on complexity) $500-$2000

Experience Highlights 'Gilbert L. Bailey is an advisor in environmental protection' training and education. He is also a Business advisor planner and grant writer. He has a Bachelors degree in Business and Economics from Metropolitan State Denver Colorado and has an AA degree in Business Administration from San Diego City college in San Diego California. He has more than 20 years experience in the Cost Accounting field and has more than 15 years in running his own businesses and starting them from the ground up. He worked for the Environmental Protection Agency for 6 years where he developed environmental programs wrote grants reviewed grants and implemented environmental rules and regulations. After leaving the Environmental Protection Agency June 2001 he started Environmental Preservation Solutions which provides environmental consulting business consulting and grant consulting. He has also worked for several talent agencies such as Maximum Talent and Muscle Marketing for the past 7 years doing commercials promotions and managing promotions.
