By using the website, benefito.com, you acknowledge you have read, and agree to be bound by the User Agreement and Privacy Policy and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree to comply with all laws, government regulations and rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You represent you have the legal authority to accept these Agreement on behalf of yourself or any party you represent. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, please do not access the site or use the services provided by Benefito.com.
Benefito invites its members to upload photos to share with customers and other members. By uploading photos on benefito.com, you agree:
- Formats: Photos must be in either .jpg or .gif format.
- Size: Photos must be smaller than 50KB.
- You may not post pictures of people without their permission or copyright photos.
- You may not post photos that contain nudity, sexually explicit content, violent or offensive materials.
TERMINATION:
You agree that Benefito Inc., in its sole discretion, may terminate or restrict your use of services and programs including photo loading provided by Benefito or access to this Site (or any part thereof) for any reason, including, without limitation, that Benefito believes you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Service, or the Agreement contained within the Site. Either you or Benefito may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending email notice to the other party.
